Overview
This privacy policy applies to the Inner Hero app (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by Yauheni Kunitsa (the "Service Provider") as a free service, intended for use "AS IS".
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features. All exercise data, sessions, and schedules are stored locally on your device using SwiftData and never transmitted to any server.
Information Collection and Use
The Application may collect certain technical information when you download and use it, including:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)
- Pages or screens of the Application you visit, time and date of your visit, time spent on those pages
- Time spent using the Application
- Operating system version on your mobile device
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Service Provider may use collected information to contact you occasionally with important notices, required updates, or marketing promotions.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information. That information will be retained and used as described in this policy.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the following circumstances:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
- When disclosure is necessary to protect rights, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
- With trusted service providers who act on the Service Provider's behalf, do not have an independent use of disclosed information, and have agreed to the rules in this policy
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. Use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or via the App Store.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.
If you'd like User Provided Data deleted, please contact us at coder.ekunitsa@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
You can also delete all app data yourself at any time from Settings → Profile → Reset all data within the app.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's app usage and to instruct children not to provide personally identifiable information without permission.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact us at coder.ekunitsa@gmail.com so we can take appropriate action. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information (or have a parent/guardian do so on your behalf where applicable).
Security
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are in place to protect information we process and maintain.
All user exercise data, sessions, schedules, and preferences are stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and are never uploaded to any external server.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
